BABY MAMA

There seems to be a buzz to make a comedy team of Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. I can see where they might become a female version of Martin and Lewis; this film was a decent beginning.

It is not a fully realized film, too many story lines appear and end up being dropped. They seem to be searching for where to go with this story. Yet, there is some sort of odd chemistry between the characters, which could be developed, if the script was more focused.

Sigourney Weaver does a fine job, as does Romany Malco, as the helpful doorman and Dax Shepard as the slightly villainous boyfriend.

While, not a must see, "Baby Mama," is interesting enough to watch, just to learn how it all ends up.
YET, IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE AT HOME, STAY THERE - YOU CAN CATCH THIS ON TELEVISION SOON ENOUGH.
