WHILE "21" HAS ALL THE PRODUCTION VALUES: LOCATION, WARDROBE, SET DESIGN, AN
INTERESTING TOPIC, PLUS KEVIN SPACEY AND LARRY FISHBURNE IN THE CAST, THE "IT
FACTOR" IS MISSING.
THE FILM IS POORLY EDITED, SO THAT CHARACTERS END UP
BEING INTRODUCED TO EACH OTHER TWICE. THE ROMANTIC COUPLE IN THE FILM HAVE NO
CHEMISTRY AT ALL.
I THINK MOST PEOPLE WILL LIKE THIS FILM FAR BETTER THAN I
DID, IT IS WATCHABLE, BUT NOT VERY GOOD.
I WAS UNCONCERNED ABOUT THE CHARACTERS
AND THAT MADE "21" A LOSING HAND FOR ME.
