HANCOCK

Go see this film. It is not a great film. It wanders around, especially in the second half, trying to find
a central theme, a direction, a focus, for all the plot ideas it threw at you in the first half. Unfortunately, it never does bring all its elements together and you feel there is something missing at the end. Still, the film is original enough to carry the day, despite the shortcomings in the writing department.
The interest factor in this film is FOUR STARS, the actualization factor is half that, but Will Smith and Charlize Theron do a superior job and heal many of the wounds inflicted by the undisciplined plot lines of the second half. You will like it, even though it could have been much better.
