HELLBOY - 2

I seldom get to use the words, marvelous and ingenious, so I am grateful to writer/ director Guillermo del Toro for this opportunity. I was lucky enough to see Hellboy #1 on TV, 24 hours before catching this sequel. If you have not seen the original, you won't be able to appreciate the greatness of this new creation.
del Toro is just a flat out genius - what he has written and what he has put on the screen is worthy of any awards the film industry can confer. The actors were excellent, but with the brilliant characters they were given, it is not surprising they rose to the challenge; the characters all have a unique persona. It has to be inspirational for them to work with del Toro.

I REPEAT, IF YOU NEVER SAW THE FIRST FILM, YOU WON'T CONSIDER THIS FILM ANYTHING BUT A WASTE OF TIME - YOU CAN'T SEE THE SEQUEL WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL IN YOUR MEMORY BANK.
