KNIGHT AND DAY

This picture was James Bond and Jason Bourne join forces with Emma Peel and Lora Croft in a wild comic ride through a Mission Impossible script.
I loved Tom Cruise combining those two male heroes into one charcter and Cameron Diaz doing the same with the two female personas.
The chemistry was perfect and the flow of the story was intriguing and a wonderful blend of comedy, action, odd ball characters with a little darkness and conspiracy mixed in. Unfortunately, they did not know how to quit and conclude this tale.
I started to realize, this or that scene was already done earlier in the movie and
now we are back to the same basic set-up.
A fine film became trite and it was just due to a failure to say, "cut and wrap" TO DIRECTOR
JAMES MANGOLD.

ONCE AGAIN, LESS WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE.
