RUM DIARY

I don’t dislike anyone enough that I would send them to
see “The Rum Diary.”

I spent almost two hours watching this production and I
can’t find a reason for its existence. I can’t really even give a strong guess
about the message of this film or if there was a message.

On the positive side … there really was no positive side for me.

This was a total waste of time and money.

The actors tried, the conversation in the newspaper office were the best parts of this film;

but there never was more than disjointed scenes for
the cast to work with.
This should have remained a secret diary.
