"THE GREY'' is a movie that gives the audience more than they expect.
The
first impression is that this is an action-adventure story; a small band of
airplane crash survivors have to face
the frosty Alaskan wilderness and vicious wolves.
This is really a tale of the
frailty and strength of the human spirit. Philosophy, psychology and theology
are the stars of this film and Liam Neeson is the
professor leading the seminar on how people deal with a life and death
struggle.
The length of this movie is long, but that is to make the viewers feel
the hardship of the characters.
This is a fine film, but it is not a pleasant film. You are going to share the pain
of the characters and that is a tribute to the talented cast and crew.
