LOVE AND OTHER DRUGS

This was a movie which could have gone very wrong, but director / writer
Edward Zwick, kept it moving and that was a good plan. You are on to the next scene before you can question the reality of the previous action.
This is not a film you should see if you are offended by graphic sexuality.
The casting of top notch actors like Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway and Oliver Pratt, help focus the story on more than just sex.
Serious observations on the meaning of success, sacrifice and true love are what make this story worthy of your time.
